HZS90 PLANT

Heysun HZS90 concrete batching plant has a theoretical production rate of 90 cubic meters per hour. It is equipped with a JS1500 compulsory mixer as the mixing host, with a nominal capacity of 1500 liters. The batching machine has a batching capacity of PLD2400, and the spiral conveyor has a production rate of 80 tons per hour. The components of the plant include conveyor belts, cement silos, spiral conveyors, PLD batching machines, dual-horizontal-shaft mixing host, intelligent computer control room, and metering system.

Heysun JS1500 concrete mixer, as the main mixing host, is equipped with a dust collector, which automatically collects and recycles dust, while providing functions for dust removal, dehumidification, and exhaust. It ensures excellent dust collection performance. The water supply system uses a water pump to increase water flow rate and ensure even spraying. The mainframe is enclosed with color steel plates, providing a clean, attractive, dust-proof environment with a good field of view. The compact dual-horizontal-shaft installation design enables convenient operation and space-saving.
