Feeding Mechanism of Small Concrete Mixer:

The feeding mechanism of a small concrete mixer consists of a loading frame, feeding hopper, and lifting device.

The feeding system of a small concrete mixer consists of a hoisting mechanism, loading frame, hopper, and feeding funnel. The braking motor drives the drum to rotate through a reducer. The steel wire rope pulls the hopper upward along the track of the loading frame. When it reaches a certain height, a pair of rollers at the bottom of the hopper enters the horizontal diverter of the loading frame, and the bucket door opens automatically. The material is then poured into the mixing drum through the intermediate hopper. The upper and lower limits of the hopper are controlled by travel switches. The upper limit switches, installed on the loading frame, serve as limit switches and safety protection for the upward movement of the hopper. The lower limit switch of the hopper is installed on the top of the guide rail. When the hopper descends to the bottom of the pit, the steel wire rope loosens slightly, and the spring lever mechanism triggers the lower limit switch, automatically stopping the hoisting mechanism.

The braking motor of the small concrete mixer ensures reliable stopping of the hopper at any position during full-load operation. The braking torque is adjusted by a large nut on the motor bracket.

The lifting hoist of the small concrete mixer consists of an electromagnetic brake motor, reducer, and drum. The speed ratio of the reducer is 22:45, and the drum speed is 62.36 r/min.

Mixing Mechanism of Small Concrete Mixer:

The mixing mechanism of a small concrete mixer is the working component of the mixer and consists of the mixing drum, support wheels, and transmission system.

The simplified version of the small concrete mixer is double conical, with high and low blades welded inside the drum at certain angles to the axis of the drum. As the mixing drum rotates, the blades lift and drop the material while also stirring it axially, resulting in strong and effective mixing. The mixing time for a small concrete mixer is approximately 35 to 45 seconds.

Inside the discharge cone of the small concrete mixer, there is a pair of discharge blades. After the concrete is mixed, changing the rotation direction of the drum allows the concrete to be discharged through the lower blades and discharge chute.

The mixing drum of the small concrete mixer is supported by four supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is driven by an electric motor through the transmission system, which is mounted on the simplified version with a large ring gear. The direction of rotation is reversed by reversing the electric motor.

When the button is rotated to the "time control" position, the water pump operates and automatically stops according to the set time. When the button is rotated to the "manual" position, continuous water supply is possible. The small concrete mixer also has additional piping for external water supply and cleaning of the entire machine.
