The main machine adopts a dual horizontal shaft continuous non-lining mixer, which is easy to maintain, provides uniform mixing of materials, and ensures high production efficiency. The batching system utilizes electronic weighing or volumetric measurement, ensuring accurate and reliable proportioning with rapid ratio changes. The computer control system manages the entire process, offering manual and automatic selection options for convenient operation and high reliability. The speed control employs advanced international frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation methods, resulting in energy savings, stepless speed adjustment, and reliable equipment operation.
