HZS180 PLANT

The HZS180 concrete mixing plant has a theoretical production rate of 180m3/h. It is equipped with a JS3000 compulsory concrete mixer and a PLD4800 batching machine. The batching machine has 4 storage bins and a batching capacity of 180m3. The plant has a discharge height of 4 meters, and when combined with a screw conveyor pump, it can deliver concrete to even higher elevations.

The HZS180 plant consists of two rows of cement silos and a series of screw conveyors. The entire operation of the concrete mixing plant is controlled by a centralized computer control room. It can simultaneously supply the mixed materials to two concrete transport trucks. The plant incorporates advanced control technologies such as electronic weighing, computer control, and digital display, ensuring high measurement accuracy.
