HZS120 PLANT

The HZS120 concrete batching plant, also known as a 2 cubic meter mixing plant, has a theoretical production rate of 120m3/h. It is equipped with a JS2000 compulsory dual-horizontal-shaft concrete mixer with a nominal capacity of 2000L, and a batching machine called PLD3200. The complete equipment set includes the dual-horizontal-shaft mixer, batching machine, cement silo, spiral conveyor, conveyor belt, and a computer control room.

This mixing plant can produce various types of concrete, such as plastic and dry-hard concrete, with high production efficiency and short mixing time. It has an aesthetically pleasing appearance and is widely used in large and medium-sized construction projects, road and bridge construction, as well as in precast concrete product manufacturing plants. It is an ideal equipment for producing commercial concrete.

• 2.The lining plate and blades are made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with a well-designed angle, ensuring good mixing effect, high speed, and long service life.
• 3.The four-axis end is equipped with a fully automatic sealed oil injection system.
• 4.The discharge gate is controlled by a hydraulic oil pump, with three stop positions and a manual opening, producing no noise.
• 5.The plant is designed with a heavy-duty structure, providing excellent shock absorption.
