Quick assembly and disassembly, convenient mobility: During relocation, except for the screw conveyor and cement silo, the entire front end of the mixing plant can be transported after lowering. Other components such as walkways and elevated platforms can be folded down, and all control cables do not need to be disconnected. Detachable accessories can be taken along with the plant. Henan Bai Te Heavy Industry mobile mixing plants are equipped with tires, towing pins, signaling devices, and braking systems, allowing for a maximum towing speed of 50 kilometers per hour.

Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, and production can commence on the same day, making it suitable for tight project schedules.

Storage: When the equipment is temporarily not in use, it can be kept in the transport position used during relocation.

Structural Composition:

Main chassis: The cantilever-shaped chassis of the mixing plant includes towing pins for trailer coupling and support legs. The chassis houses the mixer, weighing systems for cement, water, and admixtures, as well as auxiliary features such as inspection walkways and railings.

Control room: Located at the bottom of the main chassis, it houses the fully automated control system for the mixing plant. The control system is similar to that of a stationary mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire plant. During transport, the control room can be folded and stored within the framework. All control lines do not need to be disconnected.

Aggregate weighing: This system is located at the rear end of the plant. The upper part consists of aggregate (sand, stone) storage hoppers, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments. Additional elevated plates are installed to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic gates are used for sequential opening and closing operations. The aggregate weighing is done using cumulative weighing methods for multiple materials. The bottom section is equipped with a rear axle for movement and support legs during operation.

Conveyor frame: This frame connects the main chassis and the aggregate weighing frame, forming a truss structure that houses the belt conveyor. It integrates the main chassis, conveyor frame, and weighing frame, forming the primary structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.

Auxiliary components: Cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transport, allowing for seamless transportation and assembly.

Mixing machine: Generally, a JZM drum-type mixer is used, which can quickly and uniformly mix fluid and semi-dry concrete.
